Mazkur maqolada paxta tozalash korxonalaridagi mavjud va asosiy muammolardan biri bo‘lgan tolani chigitdan yechib olish yoki ajratish jarayoni ilmiy va nazariy o‘rganilgan, bir qator tajribalar olib borilib, olingan natijalar keltirilgan hamda yechimlar taklif qilingan. Jahonda paxta mahsulotlariga bo‘lgan talabning oshishi sababli yirik paxta yetishtiruvchi mamlakatlarda paxtani dastlabki ishlash texnika va texnologiyasini takomillashtirish hamda ularning ilmiy asoslarini yaratish bo‘yicha keng miqyosda ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlari olib borilmoqda. Bu borada, jumladan, jarayonlarning matematik modellarini ishlab chiqish va optimizatsiya usullari yordamida paxtaga ishlov beruvchi mashinalar ish unumdorligini oshirish, ishchi organlarning resurstejamkor konstruktsiyalarini yaratish, mashinalarning ekspluatatsion xususiyatlarini yaxshilash hisobiga olinayotgan paxta tolasi tabiiy sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini saqlab qolish va mahsulot tannarxini pasaytirish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Shu bilan birga, arrali tola ajratish mashinasi uchun mahsulot sifatiga salbiy ta'sir ko‘rsatmaydigan, resurstejamkor ishchi organlar konstruktsiyalarini ishlab chiqish va parametrlarini asoslash masalalari ham barcha paxta yetishtiruvchi mamlakatlar uchun dolzarb hisoblanadi.

В данной статье научно и теоретически изучен процесс извлечения или отделения волокна от семени, который является одной из основных проблем на хлопкоочистительных предприятиях, проведена серия экспериментов, изложены результаты и пути решения. В связи с ростом спроса на хлопковую продукцию в мире проводятся масштабные научно-исследовательские работы по совершенствованию техники и технологии первичной переработки хлопка и созданию их научной базы в крупнейших хлопководческих странах. Поэтому важно в том числе разработать математические модели процессов и повысить производительность хлопкоперерабатывающего оборудования с использованием методов оптимизации, создать ресурсосберегающие конструкции рабочих органов, сохранить природные показатели качества хлопкового волокна и снизить себестоимость продукции. При этом вопросы разработки конструкций ресурсоэффективных рабочих органов, не оказывающих негативное влияние на качество продукции, и обоснования параметров пилоотделительной машины актуальны для всех стран, выращивающих хлопок.

This paper scrutinizes the process of extracting or separating fiber from seed, which is viewed as one of the milestones in cotton-ginning plants, reviews a series of implemented experiments, presents results, and offers solutions. Increasing demand for cotton produce across the globe leads to large-scale research work to improve the technique and technology of primary cotton processing and to establish their scientific basis in major cotton-growing economies. In this regard, it is becoming important, among other things, to develop mathematical models of processes, boost the productivity of cotton processing machines by means of optimization methods, create efficient working bodies, preserve natural quality indicators of the cotton fiber obtained through improved operational characteristics of machines, and reduce production costs. At the same time, the issues of the development of resource efficient designs of working bodies that won’t negatively affect the quality of products and the justification of the parameters of the sewing machine seem relevant for all cotton-growing economies.
