ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
The article examines the scientific and practical foundations of using meteorological stations to assess the microclimatic conditions of urban roads and streets. The growth of traffic flows, the increasing share of artificial surfaces, and urbanization processes have a significant impact on the parameters of the urban microclimate. The study analyzes the possibilities of continuous monitoring of air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, and atmospheric precipitation using meteorological stations. Based on an analysis of literature sources, the effectiveness of using meteorological stations in the design and operation of urban road infrastructure is substantiated.
