ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
The article presents intelligent motorways which are characterized by the fact that in this case a large amount of transport, meteorological and environmental data is recorded. Identification of long-term and short-term constraints is an integral part of this system. Long-term restrictions may be caused by construction work on the road, short-term restrictions may be caused, for example, by a malfunctioning vehicle standing on the road.
