THE NEED FOR SPECIALIST PERSONNEL IN THE PRESCHOOL EDUCATION SYSTEM AND WAYS TO SOLVE IT

This article analyzes the issues of training qualified pedagogical personnel for the preschool education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, improving their professional qualifications, and the comprehensive development of the sphere. In the research process, current problems in the field were studied, including the shortage of teaching staff with higher education, the high proportion of educators with secondary specialized education, and the possibilities of their retraining. Also, practical mechanisms for training teachers in accordance with international standards in the field of preschool education, improving the system of professional development, and introducing innovative approaches are highlighted. In the process of developing the system, the priority directions of state policy, forms of correspondence education, short-term advanced training courses, strengthening cooperation with higher educational institutions, and the importance of attracting foreign specialists are highlighted on a scientific basis.
