DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ CREATIVE COMPETENCE THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION OF LESSON PROCESSES BASED ON THE 4K MODEL

This article analyzes the pedagogical possibilities of organizing lesson processes based on the 4K model (creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration competencies) in developing students’ creative competence. The study highlights the issues of forming students' independent thinking, creative activity, innovative approach, and teamwork skills through the use of modern educational approaches, interactive methods, problem situations, and creative tasks. Additionally, the role of the 4K model in increasing educational efficiency, the teacher’s activities as a facilitator, and the mechanisms for strengthening students’ learning motivation are scientifically and pedagogically substantiated. Based on the research results, methodological recommendations have been developed that serve the effective organization of the lesson process and the consistent development of students’ creative competence.
