This article is dedicated to the work "Hidayah" by Burhanuddin al-Marginani, written in the 12th century, and represents a significant contribution to Islamic jurisprudence, particularly in the Hanafi school. This fundamental work systematizes and organizes legal norms, covering around 4800 legal issues. "Hidayah" consists of four volumes, each dedicated to different aspects of jurisprudence: worship issues, social and commercial relations, criminal law and justice, as well as oaths, war and peace, commandments and wills. The work is written in clear and understandable language, making it accessible to both lawyers and students. "Hidayah" continues to serve as significant source of knowledge for Muslim jurists and students, facilitating the adaptation of legal knowledge to new challenges. This book serves as an example of deep analysis and interdisciplinary approach, promoting dialogue and mutual understanding among Muslim scholars and jurists. The article analyzes the advantages and differences of this work and describes its role in the modern world. It highlights the importance of "Hidayah" as a lasting source of legal knowledge, supporting the development and adaptation of Islamic law in a changing world. Thus, "Hidayah" by Burhanuddin al-Marginani remains an important work in Islamic jurisprudence, contributing to the continuation of legal traditions and providing lawyers and students with the necessary knowledge to solve modern legal issues. This work also illustrates the importance of scholarly work in the process of developing legal culture and decision-making in modern society. The article pays attention to how "Hidayah" influences modern law enforcement and legal theory, emphasizing its significance in a global context and its help in addressing issues arising in rapidly changing conditions.
