This article examines the philosophical content of social justice principles within the social protection system of internal affairs officers in New Uzbekistan. Social justice is interpreted not merely as a criterion for distributing material resources, but as a multidimensional axiological principle integrating human dignity, occupational risk, equality of opportunity, recognition, legal guarantees, and institutional trust. The special service status of internal affairs officers is considered in dialectical unity with general civic equality; consequently, differentiated social guarantees are argued to be just only when they are proportionate to actual occupational risk, responsibility, and service-related restrictions. The expanded analysis further engages Dworkin's equality of resources, Walzer's complex equality, and the Fraser-Honneth redistribution-recognition debate, and introduces temporal stability as an additional criterion of just social protection.
